“You have gone above and beyond with the support you’ve given me over the past few months. I don’t know how I’d have kept going at times if you hadn’t been there helping me out and pointing me in the right direction.
You have inspired me to change career and I hope that one day I may be able to help people the way you helped me. Thank you for always being there, so open and honest and for sharing your struggles as this has helped me to see that being open and vulnerable is a strength rather than a weakness. Thank you for giving my family their daughter and sister back and for guiding me in the right direction at the start of my recovery journey.
You have been an inspiration to me and I can’t thank you enough.’

Fylde Coast
Working alongside Community Mental Health Teams across the Fylde Coast, we offer short term, one-to-one peer support for individuals seeking help with mental health difficulties.
We run community groups offering advice, teaching new skills, providing safe spaces and enabling attendees to socialise and form friendships with their peers.
Offering a person-centred approach, all our peer support workers have lived experience themselves which creates a unique understanding of the issues people face.
Working with people in community settings, we want people to feel they are in a safe space to open up and remove any barriers.
